Shipping within Australia

We offer free shipping for all orders when you make a purchase of $100 or more! All orders are dispatched within 2 business days and ETA around Australia is generally 3-7 Business days. Soon after confirming your order, You will receive a Tax Invoice and your tracking number within two business days

Exchanges

If you have had a change of heart on your order, We are happy to exchange your order given the order has not been shipped out yet. When the moment arises please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page and we'll get back to you before the order has been shipped out, We'll be happy to exchange given the product is of an equal value

Refunds

We do not accept refunds for change of mind, All items are packed with care and extra padding to ensure they arrive to our customers in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If your product has arrived with a major fault please let us know via our contact page and we'll get back to you ASAP where we will need to open a damage report case with Auspost and start the refund process

Lost Package

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been confirmed as delivered, Please ensure you check your tracking status often and check to be delivered with signature or taken to local post office if not home

Incorrect Address

Lost packages are generally caused by entering the incorrect address, We double and triple check the address all lines up on our end with every order. If you notice you have entered the wrong address after looking at your tax invoice please contact us immediately via the contact page and we'll fix it up as soon as possible. Please note if the order has already gone out by this time we will attempt to redirect the order, however this is not always assured
